Two Day service details

Our two day parcel delivery service is a great value service if you have a less urgent parcel that must be delivered within 2 days.

Fully tracked

Each parcel is fully tracked, so that you can check the progress of your items through to delivery.

Protection

£100 protection included for loss and damage, with additional protection available (up to £2500). Some exclusions apply – view these here.

Saturday delivery service details

Available for an additional fee on the following options:

• Collection from specified address and delivery to specified address
• Collection from specified address and recipient pick up from a local depot

Packaging your items

It’s really important that you package your items well, to keep them safe on their journey. Please see our packaging guidelines for hints and tips.

Restrictions

An individual parcel weight limit of 30kg, but there is no maximum consignment weight for all options except Post Office drop off where the maximum weight limit is 20kg. Maximum dimensions of 1.5m length and 3m length and girth combined. Items over 1 metre in length, will be subject to an additional £3 charge to manual handle and process through the network. Post Office boxes

This service cannot be used to send items addressed to Post Offices in the UK.

Out of area postcodes

Not all services listed are available to rural and remote areas in the UK, and some postcodes may be subject to extended delivery times. You can view the full list of service availability and delivery times.
