Will there be any parcel protection applied to my order?

We currently include standard protection ranging from £100 to £200 per parcel, depending on the service used. Zero parcel protection is included for the globaleconomy service. You can, however, protect your parcel up to £2,500 on most of our services except our globalvalue product where the maximum cover is up to £500.

We do have a list of items that we cannot carry at all (prohibited items) and a further list of items which are excluded from protection.

Different standard levels of protection are available on all our services.

Increased protection can be purchased at a rate of 5% of the value of the item above the standard protection up to a maximum value of either £1,000 or £2,500 dependant on the service. Please use the calculator above to work out the price of additional protection for the service you require.

For example if your item is valued at £200 and you are using a service with standard protection of £50 you would pay:

200-50 = 150 * 0.05 = £7.50
