Track your parcel

Someone once said that 'knowledge is power'. That's why we have made sure that you can track your parcel at every stage of the journey, out of depots, onto vans, electronic signatures. You get the idea. You will need to enter your tracking number into the box which will then link you to the main tracking site. For the real control junkies out there, you will interested to know that our system is real time, and electronic signatures come onto the site 8 minutes after delivery.

Your parcel number will start NS and then have 7 numbers

My parcel tracking results state 'attempted delivery' and/or the item has been handed over at a Post Office. What happens now?

We only deliver an item if we can get a signature for it on our normal express delivery services. If there is nobody to receive the item the driver will leave a card stating what has been done with the parcel. It will have been left with a neighbour, returned to the delivery depot or dropped off at a local Post Office for collection by the addressee.

My parcel tracking results say 'out for delivery'. Has my item been delivered?

The parcel is on the delivery vehicle for delivery today. Deliveries can be made up to around 6pm. The drivers all use hand held devices to record when an item is delivered. If there is a problem, drivers may capture signatures manually, which results in the tracking system not being updated until the driver returns.
